Part-Time Clinic Assistant
Frequency Hearing, Beaumont’s only full-service hearing clinic, is looking to add a Clinic Assistant to the team.
This position requires authentic, kind client care. The perfect candidate is organized, loves to learn, and takes pride in their attention to detail.
Included in this description is Social Media Support. Training will be provided for the right applicant, however, if needed, this portion of the role may be outsourced. Job seekers are encouraged to apply even if they don’t have social media experience but fit other aspects of the role.
The Clinic Assistant role is new to the clinic, so self-starters are welcome. This position is currently part time, Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm. The starting wage is $20 per hour.
Client Care
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Calling clients for follow-ups and reminders
- Assist with hearing aid cleanings
Clinic Support
- Confirming eligibility, submitting, and following up on unpaid claims for AADL, NIHB, VAC, WCB, etc.
- Receiving, billing, and shipping hearing aids
Other Duties
- Occasional light cleaning including bathroom, floors, dusting, wiping surfaces, taking garbage to bin
Social Media Support
- Pre-publishing and live publishing to company social media pages, specifically Facebook and Instagram (overall strategy, schedule, and copy is provided)
- Monitoring and responding to comments in Facebook and Instagram
- Assist team with shooting and organizing videos for social media
Bonus Skills
Training provided to the right applicant
- Experience with scheduling and posting to Facebook and Instagram using Metricool (or other social media scheduling software similar to Metricool)
- Ability to create social media graphics for Facebook and Instagram posts using Canva
- Experience using Notion
- Basic video editing skills for social media posts, stories and reels
